This is an independent site and has no access to member accounts, orders or passwords. Nobody here can reset anything for you. Use the vendor's own support channel.
Where access comes from
Purchases run through Groove Sell, the vendor's platform. Your login details arrive by email at the address you bought with, usually within minutes of purchase.
If the email has not arrived
- Check spam and promotions. Transactional email from a launch platform lands there constantly.
- Search your inbox for the product name and for the platform name rather than the sender.
- Confirm which address you paid with — if you used a payment wallet, it may not be the address you expected.
- Contact vendor support with your order number. Nobody else can help.
Affiliate logins are different
Affiliates promoting the launch get tagged inside Groove Sell separately from customer access. If you registered as a partner rather than a buyer, that is a different login and a different support path.
