Why no replay
It is an attendance mechanic, and a deliberate one. The partner material is explicit that affiliates should say so plainly in their emails because the attendance rate reflects it every time. Scarcity that is actually enforced works; scarcity that is announced and then quietly reversed does not.
For you as an attendee that means the calendar entry matters more here than anywhere else in the launch. Four sessions of material exist only in those two days.
If you are outside North America
The 3PM EST sessions land at 3AM in Singapore and 5AM in Sydney. The 8PM EST sessions are the workable ones from Asia and Australia. Full timezone table.
