Purchasing Commission Cycle: the money mechanics
Not whether to buy — the practical detail of paying, which nobody writes about until something goes wrong.
Currency and cards
Pricing is quoted in US dollars: $2,497, or 6 x $497. If your card is not USD-denominated, expect your bank's conversion rate plus a foreign transaction fee, which is typically a small percentage on top. Worth knowing before the statement arrives.
The payment plan, mechanically
Six instalments of $497 rather than one payment. Three questions worth settling before choosing it, all answerable from the checkout page or support:
- If you refund in month two, do the remaining instalments stop, and is anything returned?
- If a payment fails, does access pause or end, and is there a grace period?
- Is content delivery identical on both options, or staggered to match instalments?
The plan totals $2,982, which is $485 more than paying once. Full detail.
Receipts and records
- The receipt arrives by email from the payment platform. Keep it.
- Screenshot the refund terms at the moment of purchase. Launch pages change; the version you agreed to is the one that was on screen.
- If this is a business expense, note the date and the USD amount, because your bank's converted figure will differ.
